The cottage is a fully equipped autonomous module, equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin in a separate unit, as well as a small kitchen
Cottages vary in the amount of usable space and the number of living areas.
electricity: the cottage has indoor and outdoor lighting, the required number of outlets and the option to install an air conditioner;
sewerage: the cottage is prepared for connection to the water supply, for the discharge of sewage;
climate: a underfloor heating system is installed for climatic zones with negative temperatures, creating a comfortable feeling inside the module
